Yes. This is Sicyon Mallorak from Ganymede. I'm requesting assistance for farming supplies, food, and medical supplies. Water isn't much of a problem for us, but that'd be nice, too. Both us on Ganymede and Europa have been struggling recently. We are worse for wear than them.
What about Callisto?
Callisto? P'ah! Those stuck up assholes won't help us. Their leaders only focus on themselves and their colony. They never help out the other Galilean moon. Not to mention how they, albeit tried to, take much of Io's resources. The Astra Federation Convention shot that down really hard. Thank the gods.
Gods? Anyway, um, so you are requesting resources, correct?
Yes. Please, we've been really struggling over here. It's only the third generation and we're already low. We have to protect the younguns. I mean, the first generation is dying off; we've already lost our mentor. I'm trying my damnedest to avoid a social unrest here. Please.

On the surface of the strange satellite known as Titan, which is one of the many, many moons of the Kronian System, (or the Saturn Moon System,) a child is playing outside next to one of the many lakes that Titan has to offer. He seems to be waiting for something to surface the waters of Kraken Mare. He uses a rock to carve little images into the regolith. There's a house off in the distance, where two figures start running out of and calling out the kid's name.
"Yalaing!" Eyre calls.
"What?!" Yalaing responds.
"You know that you're not supposed to be out here!" Hetpetia yells.
"B-But mom!" Yalaing protest.
"Look, Yalaing. This is not safe, you know this," Eyre states.
"They've never harmed me, though," Yalaing replies.
"I know, but we just don't want you to get hurt. What if a different titan comes around, and it's not as nice as this other titan you talk about? Titans and titanites are not the same thing. We don't live in those lakes. We respect their space and we try not to use it as much as possible," Eyre explains. "So, may you please come inside?"
Yalaing looks back out at Kraken Mare's skyline before facing his parents. He puts down the rock he was using to carve pictures. The drawing he made is a depiction of a titan that lives in the lake. He heaves a sigh and stands up. "Alright," he says, as he follows his parents back to the house.
As the family enter their house, they can hear their radio going. Someone was trying to get their attention. "Alright, here we go," Hetpetia comments.
"Go do something," Eyre pats Yalaing's forehead. "We have some business to take care of."
"And don't go to that lake!" Hetpetia orders.
"Okay!" Yalaing responds.

It did, yes. Seriously, thank you. It's really hard to keep things, you know, stable here. Ganymede's struggling, too. You probably know that. I don't know what Callisto's deal is. They never want to help.
It's Callisto. They've been like this for a while.
I know, and that's the problem. I think they're planning on taking more of Io.

Yeah, it's not good. They've been treating us and Ganymede like were lower class. Last I checked, such a "class system" doesn't exist in the Kronian System, let alone should it exist in the Jovian System.
That doesn't exist over here, no. It shouldn't exist there, either. The way they're treating you is not right. I'm sorry that is happening.
Thank you. And... And also, thank you for the supplies, seriously. It might not last us long in the grand scheme of things. Maybe a few months, if we're lucky. I've delegated a portion of the resorces to go for Ganymede because they are stuggling more than us. If anything, we and Ganymede have each other's back, when Callisto just wants to do sweet F.A. I'm glad we can rely on you, and on the Kronian System. I've heard that Enceladus has sent some resources over to Ganymede.
